Mesa steak, grilled corn, and a whole mess of kale
The steak was coated in my favorite spice rub, made to the MESA Grill recipe. It's smoky and spicy and, we discovered, awesome on flank steak. The corn was soaked for about an hour, then inner husks removed, wrapped in foil and grilled. I had mine with lime juice and salt on it. The kale was blanched then sauteed with garlic and a little drizzle of bacon fat. And it's still steaming in that photo, which I love.

Pumpkin cranberry cake
It's unseasonable, I know, but we're moving soon and I'm trying to use things up. This got rid of a can of pumpkin and put a dent in the last bag of frozen cranberries.

Kluski
Kluski is really the name of the noodles, but that's what my mom called the dish so that's what I call it. And, there aren't actually any kluski noodles here - they're very hard to find so I usually use regular egg noodles instead. It's all a pack of lies.

New computer
We got a new computer and it's up and running. So here are the dinners (and one dessert) you missed while I was gone:
